I apologize on infiSTAR's behalf for not getting an updated version. He's basically been MIA for the past month. We've sent him countless e-mails and Skype messages and he's just not responding to us. It's really out of our control. We'll probably have to remove the AntiHack option for DayZ Mod servers until infiSTAR gets us a working version.
We block access to /Addons precisely because people have deleted important files there. Does more harm than good.
You do not need access to /Addons for pretty much any purpose for Arma 2: OA servers.
We've been testing several versions and there's nothing stable yet. Epoch has a built-in admin feature and most of the other mods have pretty extensive features too.. which are all currently free.
Occasionally one of the Alpha updates will require a server wipe, which has to be done manually after updating and prior to starting the game server. We're hoping that this will not be a continued trend. In the mean time we'll be adding a feature to the panel for users to wipe their data as it's currently inaccessible due to being placed in the %APPDATA% folder which currently is not granted access in RoK customer's FTP.
To upload files via FTP, use the following method:
Stop your server from the panel Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the panel After uploading your changes to the Configuraiton/Permissions.cfg file, start your server from the panel
