  1. It appears the SteamCMD runner in the background is going a bit too slowly on some servers. We'll take care of these on a ticket by ticket basis.

  3. I was literally just replying as you typed this message out. You are very right, our support time has been dropping the last day but we have cut down a substantial amount of tickets due to things running a lot smoother today with our available stock, performance tweaking, bringing new servers online, and finally getting the (very UNdocumented) game up and running smoothly. We're also in the process of bringing on more support techs in EU and US, we should have two new employees soon. Appreciate taking the time to write this.

To find that, right-click Steam icon in your task bar and click Servers, then filter for ARK: Survival Evolved. Use your QueryPort (Port + 1) when adding to favorites.   7. Hang in there guys, we're trying hard over here. My recommendation is that you keep switching locations and run the Steam update once or twice if you want to try and get your game server online immediately. Make sure that custom launch parameters are not turned on and that your hostname is alphanumeric.

  15. It's not far from the truth, there are a few customers that didn't get automatically set up and we are working on that now.

  19. The launch line is overwriting your GameUserSettings.ini file. You will need to custom launch line for that.
