Are they trying to join through the ark game or the steam menu server list? Also try to invite them to your game that might work also....sorry if this is something already suggested but wanted to try and assist!

Well the advantage to the pre-order is you get a better price..it stinks that some servers are not working but hang in there they will get it fixed!

Some of us dont even have that...they are working on it and other issues as we speak.

Not sure I am really worried about that at this point ...been a long day! Main concern it getting the server up so friends from EU can play in the morning.

Would it make it easier if I cancelled then re-ordered the server, perhaps that would force it to auto setup the server?

My account says mine is active also under orders ....but the actual server control is empty other then my old arma II game that was cancelled. So server control panel is missing ark for you also...while I am sorry this happened to someone else comforting to know its not a fluke.

No you misunderstood the game is not even listed on your site for me under the game servers control panel?

Guessing whoever might be able to fix this is gone for the evening? Not getting why others that ordered their servers much later actually have access...is priority based on what we paid?

I have yet to get any emails from you other then the payment confirmation 24hours ago, happy your making progress but could you please explain why I dont even have a Ark game listed?

I have tried to be patient but sitting here reading how most people can at least access their servers even if they all can't quite get them to run is frustrating! Ordered and paid for my Ark server over 24 hours ago, yet its still not showing in the (control panel) game servers list yet?

I would love to just see my server listed period lol.

Thats where I had looked, sadly game servers only showing my old cancelled Arma II account no Ark. But thank you for trying to help.

So let me get this straight some of you already have your servers listed you just cant run them yet, may I ask when you ordered them? I ask as I ordered mine on the 1st and still nothing listed under my game list?
