Server #32685 Server was up last night after being fixed, went back to unknown sometime while I was sleeping.

Went to update server, stuck on updating for over a half an hour now. Server ID #32685 Server also says stopped and staff intervention locked.

So I attempted to swap my server to the Mod map The Center. I wiped the saved data and I have input the launch command and ID numbers. However even though it says it is up it does not allow me or anyone else to log in. Instead we get timed out. Could i get some ideas as to why this could be occuring? My server ID: 12720 I have a Support ticket up as well Ticket #195530

I have had a rollback well over a week ago, twice. I sent in email support, both a week ago at the time of the first issue. As well as just today, my server number is 5898, could you please look into it?

I had the same issue as Leifric, however now my server is stuck at loading, my server number is 5898.

So I ran into a glitch when using the give exp command. Now several dinosaurs can no longer level even though they are gaining exp. Anyone had this glitch before? If so is there a way to fix it? I've tried rolling back the server and even reset the modify server configs. Neither worked.

Where does one find their steam ID number? I've tried looking for it and am not sure where to find it.

Is there a way to upgrade the server population of an existing server without losing all progress? Or does one have to buy an entire new server?

I dont have a ticket number due to it not letting me submit a ticket. keeps saying my ID is incorrect, Id is 5898. My server is stuck at Stopped, cannot get it to start back up.

I tried to submit a ticket about this but I get the error server ID is incorrect, my server id last I checked is 5898. My server is also stuck at stopped. I hit start and it does nothing. Would it be possible to get some help with this?

I actually ran into this problem very early this morning. My server died and then when I checked it said Unknown, my server however is in South Carolina, so not sure whats going on. My Server ID is 5898

Sadly the +connect didnt work. I'm not sure if its a server issue, hence why I am hestiant to shift servers again.. It could very well be on my end. Gonna try a few different things and see if they work. Thanks for the advice however!
