Mods not loading onto server on startup

Hey guys I need some help with my server, I am trying to load like 6 mods onto my server that I got last night. I have done this before and use WinSCP to load the mods onto the server and it all worked flawlessly. This time is very different, I have WinSCP open, have downloaded the mods into the WinSCP client, have them in the oxide>plugins folder (have also tried just putting in the oxide folder rather than plugins.) and they are not loading up when we join the server. Hopfully You guys can help ty.

Something like modding is really forum oriented - but specific questions are important too to get community input of course.
