"Server error" screen when trying to access the control panel

Hello,

I have recently purchased 1 month of an ARK server, and have yet to be able to access its control panel to set it up. Each time I click the provided link, it is unable to load the page. 





This is a little aggravating, to be honest. I hope that, if I am not able to gain access to my server, I would be provided a refund.


If there is a fix to this, please let me know.

This occasionally happens when changing locations or on new orders when two people are moving or getting setup on the new location at the same time. I have fixed you up.
