    Hello, I have recently purchased 1 month of an ARK server, and have yet to be able to access its control panel to set it up. Each time I click the provided link, it is unable to load the page. This is a little aggravating, to be honest. I hope that, if I am not able to gain access to my server, I would be provided a refund. If there is a fix to this, please let me know.
