Aphira 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2015 Hi there, Could someone kindly look into our support ticket number 303152, it's been 2 days since we've heard anything since Sun, Oct 25, 2015 at 5:19 PM. The times and dates that we provided you guys to take the server down and upgrade, has already come and gone. Can someone kindly reply please and let us know when you are taking the server down so we can inform our community. You could still take the server down anytime at 4am pst on any day prior to Friday 10/30/15 to upgrade it. Thank you and have a good day.
