We opened a support ticket about this about 9 hours ago, still waiting on a response. We changed some game.ini files and managed to get the multipliers to work which we said didn't in the support ticket, however tried everything in regards to the mod implementing and it isn't doing anything, world not saving, everything gets wiped. Thanks again.

Hey there! It doesn't matter what mod we install. Any mod at all, the server gets tabula rasa'd with the characters and everything else.

Thanks for your reply Ryan. However, we aren't switching maps. We are using the Valhalla map, it's working perfectly fine. However, when we implement any mod whatsoever, it wipes all the characters and resets them back to 0, after we have already saved the world. Not only the characters, the entire world gets wiped, structures etc. It's almost as if world doesn't save at all.

Hi there, Could someone kindly look into our support ticket number 303152, it's been 2 days since we've heard anything since Sun, Oct 25, 2015 at 5:19 PM. The times and dates that we provided you guys to take the server down and upgrade, has already come and gone. Can someone kindly reply please and let us know when you are taking the server down so we can inform our community.
