Gingerale 1 Report post Posted July 12, 2015 Brand new to rental on this site. Been on this screen for almost 2 hours now, the dialogue box on the control panel says it could take up to 60 minutes. I've been sitting here staring at it for almost 2 hours. Is this normal? Is it safe to close that window? How will I know when it is finished?
