Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted June 6, 2015 Just a quick update on this, our ticket response times during US 9AM to 12AM midnight are approximately 3-4 hours. During the 12AM - 9AM timeframe (US night time) our European team has a response time of 6-8 hours. We're working on improving this still, but there's still a very high demand.
