k3mmdog 1 Report post Posted February 5, 2015 Im wondering if anyone knows if its possible to close support tickets. I have 9 tickets open and am no longer able to create another. I have exceeded the amount of open tickets i can have. We have worked out previous issues using those tickets. I paid for a DZAI mod to be added to my server 4 days ago. Not seeing any AI or missions coming up and really dont know if its installed or not and as previously stated, have no way to communicate with support if i cant sent a ticket. If anyone has an idea or an answer, please advise as im loosing patience with the support system. Has anyone ever used live chat? Does it exist? Bilco 41 Report post Posted February 5, 2015 I haven't figured out how to close support tickets either. I've never seen live chat work, but then again I don't need much support since I only ever had 2 issues with server down time in the last 2 months. Easy way to tell if you have AI on the map is to open your antihack and turn on your ESP to see what moving. Or, you could download the PBO and unpack it and look yourself.
