General wait time on a new server in "pending" status after was payed?

Hey! I was just wondering how long it normally takes for a server to start up when just bought.

It is possible your order had an issue when being created, if it is still not up and running please submit a support ticket! However, I am not seeing any servers that were not created.

I was wondering if your issue was resolved and how long did it take?  I just purchased a server also, but didn't receive email confirmation at all.  Says it's active, but there is no game server at all.  

(nvm submitted ticket and they are working on it)
