NEW SERVER-How do i get the files on pc to edit?

I have the server name and put password, do i have to download anything? how do i get the files on my pc to be able to edit the server.

You edit them through FTP (WinSCP) you download/upload through FTP as well

i am clueless, what steps do i take to upload an edited file? what is WinSCP? i got the file serverDZ.cfg by clicking on it in my server summary. what other files are there and what can be edited?

For dayz standalone most of it is in the serverDZ.cfg file in the admin folder. All others would be in the mpmission/mapname/ location such as the types.xml file and others depending if you are adding mod stuff.

Where do we place the mod folders? Community-Online-Tools require folders be placed in the 'Profile' folder. Which folder would that be here?

If you add the mod ids to the panel the mod folders should auto install for you into the correct location.
