downloaded win scp. dragged serverdz.cfg to local. edited, saved then tried to drag back to where it was and there's some error that says i can't. how do i edit server files? how do i adjust server difficulty? is there something in the standard config files that would allow me to adjust loot rates? or would i need a mod for that? if i can get away with it i want to have no mods at all. i paid for this server for a year and am starting to regret it. i was with a different host months ago with a different game and don't remember this stuff being this hard. my wife is at work, the boy is satisfied with videos and the dog has been walked and is sleeping. i thought i'd have 12 hours to myself to play and i see the time dissipating. could someone who is probably smarter than i am and certainly has more patience than i do please step by step me through all of this?

i am clueless, what steps do i take to upload an edited file? what is WinSCP? i got the file serverDZ.cfg by clicking on it in my server summary. what other files are there and what can be edited?
