    Do you know if you have the automatic update option selected on your server? If so, this is likely why the restarts are taking a long time. Each time the server is stopped or restarted, it will run the game update if you have the automatic update option selected. I would uncheck the option to speed up boot times!

    Extinction got delayed, it will available anytime soon. When it pop in steam same time it will appear in our control panel, just refresh page.
