Many companies have a panel like SS does, some are even more basic. HostHavoc has a very basic panel and their support response time for tickets is within mins, not days.
The silence from this company with the server issues today is almost deafening as it shows what little support they offer and I see what I get to look forward to in the future.
I am very disappointed in the service from this company and believe I will also be seeking another company in the morning. It's no wonder this company doesn't offer refunds on their services.
