This is causing the Jeopardy them song to play on loop in my head every time I look at my server stuck on Unknown or Stopped by a technician. Server 35525

Stuck on the Unknown Server Status Game Server #35525

Server came up pressed start server, 10 min later it went back to Unknown status. Game Server # 35525

Like everyone else almost to 48 hours of the server being unknown or on a stopped status /w imaginary employees fixing it. 3 hours up out of the last 48 is not a good sign "We offer our sincerest apologies and expect things to be normal by Tuesday or Wednesay." currently expecting Wednesday at this point. What would also be a good idea is stop selling new servers to people for a game that you are well aware you are currently unable to handle the current load of customers. Last night was supposedly at 60% @ 9pm so whats the status now? When responsible for equipment/people its always a good idea when reporting on a issue to Identify the problem then give a short explanation on your plan of action to fix the deficiency, with a ETA on the approximate completion time that is the proper way to communicate a problem. I know internet companies all have very poor communication skills but it would be nice to receive a proper update as the ETA of Tuesday/Wednesday is not a ETA. I can drive across the US in 2 days, I could order parts and build my own server in 2 days, 48 hours is a lot of down time. Not as though it will change anything Game server #35525

This is incredibly irritating over 24 hours and server was only operational for 3 hours, with information coming from twitter not the forums or from the help desk tickets? Without information on whats going on guys you will start loosing customers, receive bad reviews and loose future patronage. Better start talking on what the deal is otherwise you stand to loose a lot more then looking like you don't know what your doing and start loosing money.

same issue as everyone else at this time (a UNKNOWN SERVER STATUS) and will start suffering from withdrawals as Im sure you are doing your best I will still blame you if I have to go outside today as its cold with 6" of snow and I hate the cold. Game Server #35525 i say the ticket number but I doubt it has any real effect aside from you checking the box off.

Unfortunately this server provider is putting a horrible taste in my mouth; in less then 24hrs of setting up a server you receive a unknown server status for 21 hours with it coming online for 3. if I want to throw money away i'll go visit the lovely lady's at a strip club. I do not appreciate a 88% downtime on a server I just paid for GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
