    with such a big issue, there needs to be a stickied posted here with just updates on what is going on and what they are doing to fix things.. updated every hour with a status until it's fixed. Leaving people to wonder wtf is happening is just the wrong way to go about it.

    I was able to get into ftp to get my backup with the FTP details under sspanel

    I've just requested them to close my server and request a refund. Hope they get everything sorted out.

    mine won't get passed loading now. anyone else having problems?

    It's one thing to have issues, but to have this many people affected without any status is a bigger issue. And I just upped my server slots. Going to look at d/l my backup so I can possibly move to another server.
