No restart needed if you set things ingame or least it hasn't yet.

I've been setting those ingame, using the admin password. Pain in the butt, but I never saw those as an option here.

The Paleo address at steam works just fine, not really a big issue, so long as I can find it, only my girlfriend and I play on it. Would be an issue if you can't get a hold of your player base and let them know of the problem.

Yes, my server is Paleo World, was yesterday and is supposed to be today. Doesn't show up as such on steam, but does as Paleo.

I kept looking for my server on the PvE list, as I have PvP turned off. Apparently, for some reason, the PvP off isn't working and I'm listed as being PvP. But ya, the above seems to help get it up. I also noticed other servers on steam had somethings going for them, like you don't loose your items on death. You can't set those without going into the admin panel, while in the game. Which worked fine. Still a lot of settings I don't have a clue about, but learning.
