Also spoke with someone that having this issue also. Probable that your server hasnt been allocated as they are working on issues. Im just assuming.

Same. I am the sysadmin for all things IT within my company. Even smaller server farm of 30 or so ESX/HyperV hosts with a multitude of VMs. With hosted environments in Cali and Cork, Ireland. Backups, DR the whole works. Yes if a production server in my environment was down for even 2 hours I would probably be called into an office. I totally agree with the remarks in the forum revolving around communication. Yes that could be improved very much so..

Gotcha. Seems like their web server is not responding to your request. Could be multiple things causing that. Not going to assume which that may be.

You said you are seeing Invoice, Addon, Game Servers, Support correct? If so you are in the control panel.

DDoS would cause all services to be non responsive. Ive been able to hit the FTP for 3 days now. Agreed CPU leak is a very ambiguous term. Not making assumptions on that one.
