  1. Are you using the admin pass saved on your panel?
  2. Apologies, it's just the numpad plus button. This can be remapped in game. Make sure the 'changeme' section outlined above is changed to whatever you have your admin password set to.
  3. No wipe or anything, just a slot reduction. Please open a ticket for this
  4. Tough bit on this, we pull directly from Steam for updates. So whatever version that is there is what will download.
  5. @beardsman, try removing that special character in your RCON. @DWilson57, I was able to successfully connect to your server via RCON and run a save world command. Both of you are on the same versions, and RCON is open on the specified port.
  6. Mods only get updated if you have a Restart interval set and have auto-updates enabled. What seems to be the issue with the dino decay? Have you ensured that last bit has the pre-requisites met? PvPDinoDecay=true Set to true to prevent dinosaurs from decaying while the Offline Raiding Prevention is active.
  7. If your servers Game.ini is blank, please re-save from Modify Server Config tool. Last patch nuked that as well =/
  8. I've seen a few reports on Steam discussions about this, though no resolution I see you are on a timed restart, what if you disable that for now until this gets fixed? Additionally you can try to force a save before restarting the server yourself: /admin_login <password> /admin_autosave
  9. Normally the server auto-saves every 10 minutes. When did this start to happen to the both of you?
  10. The only mod in that list I could think of would be Stack plus and maybe meat spoiler since they deal directly with items. When about did this start? After a patch (mod or game) or any config options being changed?
  11. Keep us posted @DWilson57, if you need a reinstall just open up a ticket and we'll handle you there!
  12. We've mentioned this in other threads regarding this topic, we're working on getting everything in order. Sadly, I do not have an ETA on the matter
  13. I had a chuckle looking into this. Some people have been reporting other players 'kidnapping' the NPCs and hiding them somewhere. Have you tried an update/validation? I'm curious if a temp map wipe would respawn them.
  14. Just got back to you Deez, sorry it's been a crazy day!
  15. I've seen some reports that the development builds for servers fix this issue. Try giving this a shot from the panel under the Map dropdown.
  16. I'm intervening on all of ya now. Sorry for any interruptions.
  17. By changing the version on the panel I'm referring to changing a string ( i.e. '100.4534' ) that is used against the running servers version. If there is a mismatch, whether from us needing to update on our end or failed SteamCMD pulls, then an outdated message is shown. We're aware of the servers affected by this and are working towards a resolution. In the off chance we've missed you, please provide the server ID and we'll get you sorted out. I'll be flipping between here and support today, so I'll do my best to get to you ASAP
  18. Updates and Validations can be done from the control panel under 'Server Update'. You can find our support system here: https://www.survivalservers.com/support/
  19. We have to update the version number on our end, that effects the outdated message. Also looks like other individuals are having the spell cooldown issue as well from what I'm reading over at Steam forums.
  20. Yep, you should be able to make changes to both of those files just like ARK
  21. Yes, we have to manually update this value on our end throughout the day. If you can still connect you are usually good!
  22. How is this going for both of you?
  23. We're working on that. DeezGames is correct that DNL and ARK are very similar, so we should be able to reuse a good chunk of code. Ryan will likely post updates once we have more details to share
  24. We pull right from Steam when new files are up to date, though it's up to us to update the version number on the panel (what's used to determine if you are out of date). As the devs haven't posted anything in their news channels related to a new patch, so likely this was a hotfix. I pulled the latest version from Steam and updated it on our end.
