  1. These all should have been back up for a while
  2. Check your other No___Downloads options, these should all be false depending on what you are trying to upload. Tributes are just for your player character
  3. You may want to clear out your mods folder both locally and on the server, then let them download again without worries of any cached files messing with the versions. If the problem persists it may be an issue further upstream from us (Steam)
  4. @2rnius, your server is up to date. We have to manually adjust the current ARK version on our end as that's what the panel checks against once your server is online. You can always check the current released version (announced by WildCard) by clicking the version number on your panel. This will take you to the Steam discussion page regarding it. Note: Sometimes the versions wont match perfectly as minor patches/hot-fixes aren't added immediately to that discussion page.
  5. At this time we can't announce anything as more information hasn't been revealed to us from WildCard.
  6. You seem to be on the right track. It should only need this in your game.ini: [/script/dnl.shootergamemode] DifficultyOffset=1.25
  7. At this time I do not have any information regarding multiple clusters.
  8. Are you using all the correct details found on your panel? IP, RCON port & Admin Password to connect? I had no issues connecting with those details.
  9. Sadly, I've yet to test any of the ones I linked. As long as you connect with the Telnet details in your serverconfig.xml you should be able to send those messages. In fact, if you know a bit about telnet and how to use it you really don't need a separate client.
  10. No problem! If anyone ever gets stuck, there are information panels scattered across each of the options on the panel. Clicking that small white icon will reveal more details on what everything does, super useful when you get into custom launch params!
  11. Files will remain while the server is up to date with payments, once it's cancelled/terminated we retain ARK server data for 30 days before it's removed from our systems. Either way, it's a good idea to retain backups
  12. Germany DC was having issues yesterday, all reports since Stevens last response have been online since ~1PM EST yesterday.
  13. Have you run a DestroyWildDinos command since adjusting those spawns?
  14. You can find recent logs in /ShooterGame/Saved/Logs/ Within your logs you'll find this line where xxx.xx is the version number. [ 0]ARK Version: xxx.xx Any number of things will prevent the version number from displaying correctly, most of the time it's due to a hostname being too long.
  15. I'm not 100% sure that may be the case, but it's certainly worth a shot to test out!
  16. According to here the difficulty override is supposed to effect the loot quality/scaling as well.

    This is the go-to method.
  18. Interesting! Well there is a possibility we can get this fixed. I'd like to make use of the servercleanup batch file that gets included with the server files. We can try to run this and see if we can clear out any remnants of mods. Could you open up a ticket for us so we can handle that there?
  19. Can you share a screenshot of this? What happens when you click those boxes?
  20. From what I've been reading over on Steam forums and here, this is still a pretty big bug. No fix, at least not until Devs take care of it.
  21. Please use the search feature before posting, this topic has been discussed a few times here. Locking this thread.
  22. Wrong location By default, the 7 Days to Die server will put that log here: /7DaysToDieServer_Data/output_log.txt
