I was just playing on my own server and someone joined and was able to execute an infiStar command (isServer=true I believe). InfiStar indicated this person was hacking and I banned and then kicked the person. It appears though on server restart the ban is gone as I cannot see it in the infiStar menu any longer. I have the persons GUID and would like to ban them permanently from my server, but I haven't been able to figure this out from the web as everything I found there was just about how to get unbanned. Can anyone please explain to me how to permanently ban someone? Thanks in advance.

I have had that issue before. You need to put // in front of several of the items and vehicles in those config files to prevent you from being kicked. Worked wonders for me.

I hope I am not in the minority but I really enjoy your service, when it is working. For the times it is not working, I would gladly be willing to pay a higher charge of monthly fees to receive actual 24/7 customer service to fix any issues with any servers. Can you maybe implement a premium customer service and charge premium customers an additional amount but guarantee highest priority if something doesn't work right? Just a thought. Thanks for your offering.

I'm actually having the same issue right now. I ordered my Arma 2 Epoch 1.0.6 Taviana server 3 days ago. Unfortunately the server is stuck in "waiting for server to authenticate" and drops people into the lobby after waiting for two minutes. It has also been two days since I have last seen any communication about it so I opened a new ticket as I'm not sure my original ticket is followed through anymore. Someone please fix this so we can actually play on the servers we're paying for?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before as I'm unable to find proper help online about how to fix the issue. When I enable Battleye on my Arma2 DayZ Mod Chernarus 1.8.6.1 server which has infiSTAR installed any time someone attempts to log in they get stuck on the "Requesting character data from server" screen. At that point the timer on the bottom right of the screen gets stuck, and according to the Control Panel and my Arma2 browser the player gets disconnected from the server. This issue does not occur when I disable Battleye. What do I need to do to be able to enable Battleye while still using infiSTAR? Thanks.
