    Why is there so much delay and it seems like its slower to apply new files in ShooterGame? Is this FTP client side or hosting server side?

    Dear Survival Servers, Last year for the very first time I decided to run an ARK server, I came here and ordered my first running server from this hosting. I encountered issues where when the the server reaches 20+ players then it starts to lag. At the moment I have ordered a 10 slot server to test out the server performance. So far no issues, and FTP friendly. I am planning to probably order a 100 slot server since it has its fair price. When I do so, what can i expect from todays Ark server hosting? Server RAM, which drive is used SSD or HDD, please provide me more of your performance and tell me why I should consider paying for a 100 slot server. Thanks in advanced! Best regards, zinet2k

    Staff, So Peter Quadro changed my IP to a better CPU Core today, but now the thing im having issue with is the server is not showing up on ARK. Crucial - XP300/X25HARVEST/INSTATAME | SurvivalServers.com IP: 176.9.111.100:17315 GAME SERVER ID #7866But on my control panel it says that the server is Started (0/50 players) Ready!

    First time for renting on this hosting, I thought everything would be fine, well yes till the my server hit 20+ players. Ping kept rising up, made unplayable for the players in my server. Today i almost reached 40 players but some of them quit because the ping kept rising up to 220+ which made it more unplayable for the players. I dont know what to say, even support is taking so much time to solve this matter. It better be really worth it.. Regards, zinet

    Yes most of the time i have 20+ people in my server. But when it hits 20 players the ping seems to rise up to 100+, get spikes up to 140+ which is not normal imo.

    Im from belgium and rented a server hosted in France, is it normal that im getting 120+ ping ingame? Support please.

    Dear staff, Since people have been joining my server, i have been noticing some lags every 10 seconds, such as delays in placing of foundations for base, and rubberbanding while mounted on a dino. & also getting some reports by players involving lags and rubberbanding. My question is if this is an issue coming from my setting setup or this is coming from the hosting itself. Mind checking on this issue? Regards, zinet

    I just ordered a new server from this hosting and its all fine and running. But the problem is i cannot seem to find the rate configuration for the server. Can someone assist me with this, i would really appreciate the help! Thanks
