Yeah, my server is suffering from the same thing as well where it constantly shuts down.

This is the second time in a row that I can't update my server to the latest patch. Sent a ticket in but didn't get a confirmation number in an email again as well. Server number is 6027.

Yeah, I don't have a ticket # as well. At first I thought it was just the ticket submitting system was down but since others like you have said they haven't even gotten a ticket # as well, it changed my mind. I'm not the one who owns the server I play on, but I am being the admin for it and trying to keep it updated it for my friend who is the one who owns the server. He's on vacation right now and won't be able to update it while he is away so he left it to me to keep running so people can still play on it. I guess Survival Servers has a lot of people off for the weekends or something and a big patch like this causes issues. If I recall I think this happened before on the last big patch that was released on the weekend for this game.

yeah if it does that then I can't do that since I'm not the only one who plays on the server and I rather avoid that.

Yeah, I have the same problem with my server as well. It's server #6027

I'm adding server 6027 to the list of servers not updating to the 189.0 patch.
