Please submit a support ticket so we can take a look at your server. I am unable to find a server under the username you have here on the forums. For issues such as these, a ticket is the best way to contact our staff to take a look at the server and get it fixed!

That IP is one we have been having issues with, the Datacenter has been working on resolving them. Please submit a support ticket here so we can get your data backed up and then we can get the server moved to a new IP. Terribly sorry for the trouble.
Select the Game Update, and then press the large green Save Settings and Restart button at the bottom of the panel! That will install the server files and boot the server online. Please let me know if you have difficulty doing this.
That is very odd, I have not heard of a user reporting this issue. Clearing your browser cache/cookies does not resolve this issue? Please submit a support ticket so we are able to look into this more deeply for you!
