    As of today's patch, F5 - save on a hosted world now responds with feedback in the console, "Saving..".

    We are working on that feature, a lot going on right now and we are working our fastest.
    The way this game is set up makes this feature slightly more time consuming to add but we'll get it done.

    There's no way at this time. It's hard-coded to 30 min save intervals and with game server hosting there is no way to soft save (every provider will have the same issue until they add RCON)
    UPDATE: This has been changed in subsequent Valheim updates. You can now type save in F5 menu as Admin to save on the fly.
