Stupid me; I didn't update and validate. Got a new seed now

Apparently checking the box: "Delete World Save" doesn't do the trick; still have my old seed with buildings and everything.

It didn't use to be like that, but yeah, seems like it is now

and still no way to do Freefly?

Will this generate a new different seed, or is the same seed id, just wiped?

Are there any new regarding whether the devs have released the option to do the -console command on servers, so we can use the Freefly ?

First time I ever mess with having a server. Rented one here, so my friends could play in our seed with I had to be online. I can launch the server from the control panel, and my friend could see and join it in game, but when I exited, she got a disconnect. How do we set it up, so I don't need to be online/have the game running, for my friends to join the server? Hope it makes sense, all new to this.
