Try resetting your FTP password from inside of your admin panel.

for the FTP client issue. I would try changing your password for the FTP on your admin panel to see if that fixes that. For the not getting in part you may want to double check your coding in your PBO files for any errors. I had that happen to me once before, as well as maybe repack your PBOs encase something was corrupted during the packing. Other than that. Best to just wait for a reply :\

Also check your expansions to make sure they are listed in the correct order as well as is your server overpoch, overwatch, dayz epoch, or just dayz? If not just dayz make sure you have those mods installed or it will not let you in game.

go into your expansions and make sure overwatch is above overpoch. It should look like this and in this order: Arma 2: British Armed Forces Arma 2: Private Military Company @DayzOverwatch DayZ Epoch 1.0.5 Arma 2 Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead all others should be unchecked.

Thus far I have had no problems with the support. You could always download your pbo and look over it to see if you can spot any issues. Also check your spam in your email in-case they did send you a reply just got blocked. Can you list what mods were installed on your server please? See what i can do to help as I installed all my mods myself.

It normally takes 24 to 48hrs for a reply back. unless it is over the weekend then you will not hear back till Monday. From the sound of it thou you are wanting to move your server closer to you? There should be a drop down option to move the server to a new server farm on your control panel. I do not have a unturned server but my dayz server has one.
