It worked for me when I did mine also I am just a moderator. I do not work hand and hand with them. Thus I can not tell them to do anything. Also they are answering tickets. It is Monday they do not work over the weekend so please be patient as they work through the support tickets. This is the same sort of waiting time period as any other company out there. 24 to 48hrs (maybe a bit more if there is backlog). It is not like they have a whole team of 30 people sitting behind a desk responding to each and every ticket. I remember when I had a server with other host it took a month just to get back to me. Survival servers are the fastest at response which is most of the time within that 48hr period. Just tested it with my Arma 3 server.

Sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your server and such. The channel settings shouldn't be any issue with the server shutting down. I have a few questions to try and pin point the issues, as i do not have access to the tickets or anything. You stated someone installed something. What exactly was installed? Can you upload your RTP log and link it here so I can take a peak at it?

Pretty much all servers do this. Though they should only have to download the mission.pbo file one time unless you are constantly updating it. Other than that yeah happens to us all but i will look into if there is a way to make it faster.

try putting the query the same as the ip if the default one does not work.

I am sorry to hear that you had issues. I would like to state there should be a version selection inside of your server panel to choose which version of the server you would like to use. I am just a moderator on the forums but have 2 servers and that has always been a feature even before I became a moderator. I replied back to help you so I do not see how it lacks in support? I do not have access to support tickets so I can not help you there as well as they do not work over the weekends.

Yes there is . Head into your mission.pbo file and open up your init.sqf inside of notepad and look for this line dayZ_serverName = ""; take out text or replace it with your own. removing the text will take the text off your scripts.

hmm are you on the current version of arma 2 AO and dayz, or using an older version to play? I would submit a ticket (link in signature) till I figure something out. That way chad can look into it and may get some fix before I do.
