I know that ur just the middle person. But go tell those guys who actually run the business to get there hands to work. You guys can make so much more money by increasing ur service alot more. At this moment we left and canceled our subscription because this pile of trash company.. does not even give the lowest level of support. You are the only person that is on the forums or says something to the community. Other then that there is nothing that makes people interested to come here but lose money. Ive said it before do something about it because you guys can get into trouble if u sell stuff but not deliver stuff.

I had the same problem.. To be honest it dissapeared when i reinstalled the game and did every install manually by the book.. Its a problem that isnt really the most easy one to fix.

This worked for me: 1. Uncheck infistar @ control panel 2. restart 3. check infistar @ control panel 4. restart

Its a port number.. u cant put in IP adresses...... Also.. ask ur company members to get back to support.. They lack in doing there work as support workers..

Can some one give me a query port or how to get one from the server? Im trying to get my server on gametracker.. but it seems my query port isnt the right one..
