For the save data since it is in the appdata folder the data would need to be downloaded from the in game client or through a support ticket with the name of the save provided. For the error I would also suggest a ticket as we can look into what could be causing that.

The server files will be through the FTP client using a program like winscp or filezilla.

You should be good to edit the config ini within the root of the FTP client. This will house all current server edits.

We’ve observed an issue with the Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria dedicated servers. When attempting to start a server, the process either crashes shortly after reaching the "Creating session..." stage or becomes stuck indefinitely. Please note that this issue may be related to the game itself or possibly ongoing Steam maintenance, which can impact server functionality.
