Sadly our servers are not built for PS4 minecraft at this time. Might post on the Playstation or official minecraft forums for an issue such as that one.
Currently i do not think so but we have been looking into minecraft bungee servers to see if that is something we can run with. However it requires more than 1 minecraft server to be running.
Deeply sorry to hear you are having this issue. One thing to try is within the modify server config tool head to the very bottom. There you should see a tick rate. If it is set to 15 try upping it to around 45 to 50 and see if that helps out any. Also if you have modified any settings you might look them over just to see if any weird values show up.
If those are the lines you are using then you would want to remove the <!-- and the --> from around the code. Also make sure there is a bans.txt file in the admin/battleye folder. You could also just copy and paste the code to the bottom above the </messages> area.
Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Please send a ticket in and we will be able to dive into the back end area to figure out what is causing this problem.
Sadly if that is an official ark server we wouldn't know if any changes have been made. As we only deal with the servers we host for unofficial ark. You would need to tweet one of the devs or check the official forum.
I do not believe the epic version runs with mods currently such as the steam version does. Due to how that version isn't linked directly to the workshop.
You should be fine. You may want to back things up thou in the mpmissions folder just to be sure as at times when updates come out that change various things within the mission files. It can wipe data and or bug things out.
Not a problem. If you head into your FTP client using filezilla, winscp, or any other FTP client tool and head into ShooterGame/Saved/. This will house all of your data that you can backup. What we normally do is just copy the Saved folder in the shootergame area when doing manual backups.
You should see this folder within the @zomberry mod folder in the serverprofiles. If it is not there simply create a folder called Zomberry and migrate those two files over to it.
Not to worry. Feel free to send a ticket in about this and we can give it a look over. If you changed your server profile folder to a new location. You will also want to make sure to copy all of the battleye folder data over form within the admin folder. As that houses the rcon data.
Let us know if you run into any issues with the FTP client. Depending on the mod you wish to use some will just be what Oddyshh suggested with uploading to a mod folder. While others will have you overwrite directories.
This would be for how many you get when leveling up correct? I believe upping the xp multiplier should help with this. I don't think there is a way to edit that specific point counter thou from what I have seen.
