  1. Sorry to see you are having issues. If you can send me your ticket number I can take a look to see if the reply somehow did not make it your way. Currently I am not seeing any active tickets that link to an Avorion server.
  2. For cancelling your server if you disable any auto pay it will auto cancel when your next invoice generates.
  3. Depending on the mod pack we can try to get it installed for you on our end through a ticket. If it is just a mod then we can give access for you to upload the jar files.
  4. Looking at the back end with your username it seems your server is up on your control panel as of now. You should be able to log in and see the server.
  5. Please submit a ticket and we can help fix things up. You should see this at the top left of the website. https://www.survivalservers.com/
  6. For this make sure you are making the edit in the right file. There are two serverDZ.cfg files with one in the root directory of the FTP client and then one within the admin folder.
  7. All unknowns should be good to go now. If you still see any please let us know in a ticket.
  8. During the weekday we get to tickets pretty fast. During the weekends it can take a little bit longer depending how busy things are.
  9. Please send a ticket in and we will take a look into this.
  10. You will want to edit the config yml file within the root of the FTP client. Once in that file at the very bottom you can call a custom scenario.
  11. We are working to get this fixed up with the data center.

  16. If you are seeing a loading issue with the website itself. Please send us a ticket and we can see what is going on.
  17. You should be able to run the update from the panel using the drop down and then hitting the green restart/update button at the bottom.
  18. If you see this issue please send a ticket in as we can better help there with this problem.
  19. All unknowns outside of one should be fixed up now. There was an issue at one of the data centers due to weather in the area.
  20. We are working to get the current unknown issue corrected.
  21. You should be able to do a restore from the panel.
  22. If you have not been helped by a ticket yet. Please send one in and we can get you fixed up.
  23. Sadly the save data and server files are locked currently. As the developer has requested that the data remained locked till they are ready to release the files for full launch. Currently we do make backups on our end that can be restored from the panel.
