If you are still seeing this issue please submit a ticket and we can get this fixed up. Normally this issue is due to the back end FTP service needing a restart.

Sadly the game will not show up in the steam server list due to how they are pulling the content for it. The developers currently use epic games to pull the list and just use steamcmd to download the files.
