Here's a little guide on how to whitelist admin Steam64 IDs.
- Get your list of Steam64 IDs you would like to automatically admin your server upon logging in. It should be one Steam64 id per line.
- Stop your server from the control panel
- Log in to your server via an FTP client
- Navigate to \ShooterGame\Saved\
- Create a new file here called AllowedCheaterSteamIDs.txt
- Paste the content of your list here and save
- Start your server and you should all have auto admin!

Unable to query typically means your server is outdated. Try running the ark update in the control panel.

If you click Save & Restart on the config tool, you will also need to add the manual changes back to the Game.ini or GameUserSettings.ini

Is your server stopped when you edit the files? Your server must be stopped to save those changes.

This is a modding issue. Please submit a support ticket and i will have our modder take a look for you.

As Bilco said, if you are having issues with the antihack not working, please email us directly and we will fix it ASAP. Please make sure you include your username or game server id.

You can change basic config settings for the antihack in the AHconfig in your server pbo. If you're looking for more detailed edits, this is in the infistar source which would need to be purchased. "

1. My account to either be authorized on the support system (using my same e-mail as here on the forums and with my account for the game server).
2. Have the option to add debranded be made available.

Sometimes there is a problem with our system when it creates the server. We are working on fixing this. If this happens please submit a ticket to us and we will manually set it up for you!
