    Maybe SS doesn't care about the PS4 any more. WC certainly doesn't. Ark 2 announced for Xbox and PC only.

    Same here. When Genesis 2 rolls out I am definately looking for a different server provider.

    Just received an email from my ticket. They are uploading the patch now and it should be available "shortly".

    That is because there was a new patch last night and Survival Servers have been horribly delayed when updating their servers to the new patch. Basically your game is a newer version than the server and who knows when the update will be available to update our servers. This is the 3rd time we have had to wait 12-48 hours to update our servers after a game patch.

    I am beginning to wonder if they are trying lose their Ark customers so they use the Ark servers for different games. I don't know of any other reason why this has become the new normal after updates.
