  1. Are you not able to see your post that has been hidden? It should have the reason in there (Duplicate thread, Account specific, etc)
  2. Yes, the Sub Users page has information about it:
  3. Correct. If you want to specify a custom seed the only way to do that is client-side within the game itself (create a new Valheim single player) and then export the .db/.fwl from your local %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\world folder a la the Local Save Upload method.
  4. The Contact Us link in the top left of our website. Also there is a Support Ticket link on the control panel navigation menu to the left when you are logged into the control panel. https://www.survivalservers.com/support/
  5. Also to add a point of additional clarity we have yet to see what happens when Valheim is updated and how this mod will affect save data. So we're still at the very least waiting for the next server-side update to see what happens to servers that have heavily utilized the mod for server save assets and how that will impact on each update.
  6. No, nothing has been blocked. As has been stated, it's not officially supported and you are adding the files at your risk. The assembly dll might get overridden if you update or have automatic updates enabled.
  7. I don't really think you are getting the point of what I am saying. What is happening is people are modding the core game which is generally safe if done appropriately and tested thoroughly. What is happening here is that this is a new platform and very much untested for performance and stability at larger scale. We have thousands of Valheim servers and any small adjustment like this applied to even small or medium size scale has potential impact on our machines as a whole. This is why we are careful when adding unofficial modding platforms or addons. We are first and foremost a game server provider catered to not limiting cores, memory, and disk. Secondly, we are dedicated to the modding community. We understand the ins and outs and the implications mods have on games - new and old. I've been in this industry for many years and I am being careful on purpose adding in something like Valheim Plus. It's going to remain not recommended until we have a chance to test it at scale. Until then, it will not be officially supported by us, is not recommended, and we cannot guarantee your game server or others will get to continue hosting with it. As I've said, the ideal usage of Valheim Plus is on your own VPS or dedicated server right now. It may technically work but is currently not recommended by us. I think that's fair and transparent - that's how we do things around here. Just because you have access in FTP to changing dll files (which typically we don't set it up that way) does not mean you can do whatever you want. You are still running in a shared atmosphere and we have control over that. If you want to move to another provider, do so. I'll happily refund your service. For those that want to continue testing and providing data in this thread, go for it but I am going to continue advising people against this mod until we have a chance to thoroughly test it.
  8. Here's a blurb from the developer on the desync issues, hopefully it's near the top on their list for priority:
  9. That is not possible in an automated fashion. The only way would be to manually download your .db/.fwl file from the FTP link (you don't need the FTP gui just click the link) provided in your game server control panel. Then you will click each of the files to manually backup whenever you want:
  10. This is very unofficial and not recommended but I am leaving the how-to on this up for now as we haven't had any noticeable issues yet. That could be subject to change with or without notice, please understand that for anyone looking to follow this method. EDIT: We've released Valheim+ support
  11. Not at this time. We're working on adding it.
  12. No. The game is limited to 10 players as of now.
  13. They might not be giving you the correct .db/.fwl files. Ask them in a support ticket to provide.
  14. Singapore issue is not related to this (please open a ticket if you have issues) Please keep on topic here.
  15. This is a duplicate thread. Please read the pinned threads.
  16. It shouldn't matter what the files are named. If you still have an issue please attach the .zip to a support ticket and we'll get it tested and uploaded.
  17. You will not be able to host Valheim Plus until we officially support it.. that's a big IF we support it. It's extremely unstable and risky to allow customers to modify core files on a new game like this. We'll see what the direction of the community is over the next couple weeks but for now I would recommend running a VPS or dedicated server if you want to manipulate the game. I'd much rather integrate a modding platform like Umod or something that doesn't require a client side patch as well. So we're still at a wait and see here - sorry to disappoint but we have to be very careful. EDIT: Apparently you can upload Valheim Plus as instructed in this thread. Please be aware this is VERY unofficial and subject to change. We still do not recommend installing it at this time. EDIT2: We've released Valheim+ support
  18. Duplicate thread. We already have a Valheim Plus thread in the modding sub-forum.
  19. There is a restore option on the control panel.
  20. Yep I just confirmed on my test server that it saves with the save command.
  21. Excellent news, thanks for reporting in on that.
  22. No, it is a Steam Query output and is not really a layman's term (nor is it supposed to be) There would be no way to view this outside of that knowledge unfortunately. You are welcome to create a support ticket and we can look that up for you.
  23. No, it will rollback 20 minutes though (the save interval)
  24. Read the pinned message today at the top of your Valheim game server panel.
