  1. You have Enforce Mod Version Check unchecked. Basically if you have this unchecked it is removing the @0.9 from the version string which in turn allows non V+ clients to connect. The caveat to this is that your client side valheim_plus.cfg will need to have the enforcemod=false as well (it does not auto sync) which would have to be set to any V+ connecting clients to that server. So the solution is to either keep it checked and only allow V+ in or manually update every V+ client to have enforcemod=false on their valheim_plus.cfg client-side. Added a little information to our config tool so that future customers are aware of this limitation.
  2. It's because you were modifying dlls in FTP. I wiped your server core files (not the save data) and restarted it which fixed the issue.
  3. After some digging we did find that the needed server-side valheim_plus.cfg was not being genenerated with a fresh install and without using our Modify Valheim+ Config tool at least once to generate it. We issued a fix for this in the backend that will generate the valheim_plus.cfg file if it does not exist. A quick way to check is your running server version, it should show like this: You see the @0.9 there indicates it is running and the config file is present.
  4. Confirmed and I think this is the majority of our issues. Some client side issues persist I think. We issued a fix for this in the backend that will generate the valheim_plus.cfg file if it does not exist. A quick way to check is your running server version, it should show like this: You see the @0.9 there indicates it is running and the config file is present.
  5. The server restarts, it will update/validate if you have that enabled. There may be a 20 minute rollback if you have players online as that's how often the server saves. If you have a specific concern let us know.
  6. uMod (Oxide) looks promising, hopefully they will flesh out better support soon. Doesn't require client-side. https://umod.org/games/valheim
  7. Nope, it will just invoice you and you would then pay it within 4 days to avoid termination. You can also set-up new recurring at that time (when the invoice is generated 4 days in advance of due)
  8. We have to enable .jar upload, please create a ticket so we can get that set up for you!
  9. Yes you can restore from a backup on the control panel.
  10. We have a Custom Map/Mod sub-forum. We also have a Valheim+ thread already.
  11. It's only automatic if you have Automatic update enabled.
  12. Will reach out to you via support ticket. This would be greatly helpful.
  13. Once more data is available that the game runs well over 10 players with Valheim+ we will add in an upgrade option directly from the control panel. We'll post up a full server to client side install guide sometime tomorrow or this weekend.
  14. You paid for 10 slots so you would have to upgrade eventually when we offer additional slots. We do not currently allow this setting to be modified until further testing occurs. That's why it's disabled.
  15. We've integrated Valheim+ and you can modify all config through our control panel or via FTP.
  16. We're working on implementing V+ officially at this time.
  17. I actually looked into it yesterday and you are right it just disappears from the client's end (shows up on mine) I was actually under the impression it showed up including the reason (we provide one for every post hide) - so my apologies there! Unfortunately our forum software doesn't have a good way to do it without a lot of manual work. Will continue to look for better options though, thanks for the feedback. The only way to contact me directly would be the email listed on the About Us page of our website.
  18. We do not have that functionality.
  19. You can't right click and Save As since it is a symlink. You will need to click it while in FTP in browser.
  20. Please create a support ticket so we can take a look.
  21. In FTP /Storage/ folder and it's contents.
  22. All of those are Eco related game experiences with mods. Unfortunate, but the reality. It's just a really poorly done server.
  23. It's not possible with this game.
  24. Please find additional resources below
  25. You can type the save command from the F5 console while logged in as Admin to save on the fly.
