Please create a ticket if you require further support on this, I am working on updating the Unturned files.

The complexity to implement this kind of feature outweighs the benefits. I would recommend date stamping a sub-folder with your edits in the root folder style (folder called Admin, folder in there called BattlEye with scripts inside) so that you can revert back if you make changes from your local backup.

Because infiSTAR's AntiHack performs this well, there's not really any good reason to slave hours over re-creating the old map tool that went around (we used it, other hosts used it).
It's not likely we'll be bringing it back.
