Server not showing up in Server List
Ryan Pennington replied to Vladick's topic in ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead
This is related to our firewall issue from yesterday. https://twitter.com/SurvivalServers/status/571773077551390720 -
Which map? Did you add any of your own addons/scripts? Usually there are BattlEye adjustments for 3rd party addons/scripts.

Admin/server.cfg from your root FTP directory

Awaiting server activation? :)
Ryan Pennington replied to D1Z1's topic in ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead
This weekend our team was all out of the office. We've been catching up. I apologize for the delay and initial issues. Please private message me again if your issue has not been fully taken care of by our support ticket staff. -
If the invoice is due today, you have 2 days of leeway until your server is suspended (data saved) If your server is not paid for within 3 days, your server is terminated (data wiped)

If you have an idea for a software/tool that you think we should support, please post here. I will take a look and see if I can do it and update the status in this post. Open Requests None yet, we just launched Rust so bare with us

DayZMod 1.8.4.1 was released late last night. We Tweeted earlier today about it. I am planning on shooting out a customer email to let everyone know this.

When do addons get added?
Ryan Pennington replied to LeaderFrankie's topic in ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead
If you are having issues that are account-specific within the control panel, you will need to open a support ticket so we can check out what is going on. As for the mod order, we complete mod orders within 48 hours. -
We're working on the 1.8.4.1 update now.

Where is customer service for Survival Servers located?
Ryan Pennington replied to chisel's topic in The Lounge
Access restrictions include Addons folder in root directory (no need to change this anyways) and DLL/EXE/BAT/SH files for security purposes (if you need to upload a DLL you can contact us first and we can upload if it is a verifiable DLL) -
We are working on this right now, should be out later today.

It's in the todo list, adding mods & maps is not quite a simple process. I have to test, ensure it works and is compatible with our 3rd party tools (like infiSTAR's Antihack), package the mod & map files into our own structure, upload the server files to our CDN (for distrobution) and modify backend code for support of the new mod. There's something big in the works right now (hint: control panel related) and these features will probably all come out grouped together. It will take time.- 47 replies

Software/Tool/Feature Requests - Post Here

We'll be adding more games in the near future. As for these mods, the problem is upkeep, support, and popularity. A lot of those combinations are not popular, and we generally support mods that have 25-50 or more active game servers in the public server list. I can come up with a shorter list of more popular mods to add, but supporting that entire list is not practical. Not to mention the amount of time it takes to add the new mods, constantly scan for updates to all of these mods, and fix issues with the default files on all of these mods (we'd be inheriting the slough of issues that comes with the poorly coded mods) Epoch Namalsk and Overpoch Namalsk both added to the list. We've received numerous requests for these mods and it's been on the back burner for a while due to some issues when 1.0.5.1 initially came out. I can look into expanding Overpoch to support Sauerland as well. I removed the 3 ticket limit per customer due to this issue. I am looking into adding a close option for the customer end.- 47 replies

Can you PM me your username, email, and the link that you received in your email to reset the pass?

I would highly recommend This approach before doing anything else

If you haven't modded any files yet switch mods and then switch back (from the panel) If you have modded, check your RPT for errors.
