Server 74.222.2.139:3802 and server 74.222.2.139:4302. We have submitted a ticket. We have sent you a tweet, and now I'm posting here. Help us please. MegaZ 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2014 This is why I ask for a separate Support ticket for this issue as it seems to be getting more frequent, and if it takes 1-5 days to respond to the tickets when it could just be a matter of them restarting the server there end, I would say 15-25 seconds job done. Why do we as Customers need it to take this long it can loose so many players that we have spent time and effort in keeping happy on our servers. Shepherd 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2014 The only option that I know will fix this issue is to switch to a different location, wait a few minutes then switch it back. You get a different IP though and all your players have to find your server again. This is bs guys. We lost several regular players because of having to switch ip's. Survival Servers needs to do a better job with their customer support. My group will be looking into the option of using a different provider if this kind of crap keeps happening.
