The only option that I know will fix this issue is to switch to a different location, wait a few minutes then switch it back. You get a different IP though and all your players have to find your server again. This is bs guys. We lost several regular players because of having to switch ip's. Survival Servers needs to do a better job with their customer support. My group will be looking into the option of using a different provider if this kind of crap keeps happening.

Guys, It's the second day now that both of my groups servers have an unknown status and not able to be joined. We need this fixed. Server 74.222.2.139:3802 and server 74.222.2.139:4302. We have submitted a ticket. We have sent you a tweet, and now I'm posting here. Help us please. We have held 1 to 2 servers with you guys for a good while now. Please do not show a lack of customer support.
