Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted January 10, 2019 You need to authenticate with a password which is your Admin / Redis Password value on the control panel.
Miss_Worden 5 Report post Posted January 10, 2019 I'm using that password that is in the field .. weird.. Can I have my MySQL back please
Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted January 10, 2019 It doesn't use MySQL, they use Redis because it is extremely fast for Key/Value reading comparatively. The message you posted above indicates no password is being passed for authentication. Can you send a screenshot of the tool you are trying to use? Just blur out the password field. Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted January 11, 2019 Weird. Please submit a support ticket with the password not blurred out so we can check out the credentials.
