Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted January 6, 2019 Mod queue is enabled by default for posts that get removed or if a user has a thread removed. I have to go in and remove it manually each time you have a post removed/edited/thread deleted, which I have done. As far as the issue, you probably just saw an Outdated Server message.
