ranalin 1 Report post Posted January 3, 2019 You're closing threads and telling to open support tickets. I have a support ticket open and 1 response 21 hours and then another 7 hours ago. I have 1 server (still configured or set up incorrectly) out of 9 that is working. We need help from somewhere getting this setup. That said I got a little salty when he closed my thread and told me something wasn't the case that I've reproduced multiple times. Put in another ticket. That's what I'm doing. These cats are doing everything they can. I imagine Ryan is banging out code to automate the deployment himself. Not to repeat myself but posting non specific information is not going to yield any helpful community response and will either be deleted or locked here on the forums to keep it streamlined and organized. Anything that is account specific needs to be discussed via support ticket. This is a community forum and those are the rules. It's not an extension of our support ticket system. And as for the issue @jstoffa is talking about just shoot us a support ticket and we'll check on that too. That is not something I can look into further from these boards.
