Server Map is messed up

This is getting tiresome... I sent messages to the staff making sure that clustered servers was working.  I have spent the entire day trying to get a clustered server set working.  It is only 2 servers so I have used the example they provided.

Home Server:  X=0, Y=1

Expansion Server:  X=1, Y=1

When spawning in we are in the middle of the ocean.  Nothing I do seems to change this and my support ticket doesn't seem to be getting much traction.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

How do I wipe the servers to start over?

I even tried to "clean the save folder" and "Reset the Template".  I ended up having to create a new character, but still spawned in the ocean.

When making a new character there is no visible map in the top corner showing the map.  Is that normal?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Tired of sitting around wasting time.

You're spawning in the middle of the ocean cause you're using a grid cell as home server when it's not, so it lacks the spawn points thus using the default [0.0] and that's usually in the middle of nowhere, instead of that grid, for a 2 server config try [0,0] for home server and  [0,1] for slave server and see how it goes, also another way is just going to the editor and make your own 2 grid map, it's a bit tricky but it may be the best solution and it's good to be able to make your map, your way. hope i helped in any way!
