Katerynka 1 Report post Posted March 28, 2018 Hello!I know with all new games and such, that there is always a few weeks of getting everything settled but I thought to reach out to see if anyone else has been experiencing these issues and if there were some possible fixes.1 - the server crashes at the oddest times. It will run smooth for a few hours with 10 + players but then just crash and I can't figure out why. Battlenet is not on as the tool suggestion stated to do for connection issues.2 - We have increased the rates on the settings, but in the game itself they are not reflecting the changes. Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted March 28, 2018 Rate variables might be different, would suggest using FTP to make changes to GameUserSettings.ini until we fix up the Modify Server Config tool.
