Skyjacker 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2018 Hello, I'm new here. After payment is done the gameserver must be created instant or need to wait a while ? For me when i payed for the Rust server it did not show up on my Game server list. And I do not receive any email notifications that server is created. StealthyMartian 64 Report post Posted March 3, 2018 Normally it is created after about a minute or so as the server is installing the needed files. This period normally shows a loading screen then it takes you to the control panel for the server. If there is an error the server can null route in which getting a hold of us via ticket will help get it fixed up. Normally we check for nulls every couple of hours to make sure no issues have happened but it can slip by us at times. I took a look and seems there are no nulls at this time. If you are still not seeing your server please send in a ticket and we will get you fixed up or find out why it was not created.
