I posted a ticket : #740505 but nobody answer since this morning... I bought it yesterday evening. 24hours past, but no one answered... I don't know if my server is active... Beside my "service : Private Hive (EU) - Germany" there is "active" but I don't know if I can change my server/tc admin. They told me that I have to get an email from them before doing anything on it, so I didn't do anything... Can you help me ? Can you do something please ? Active my server? Richie 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2012 SurvivalServers are based in the USA, I waited a few hours before my server was ready. It's possible they sent the email and it ended in your spam folder, Check this link for all emails SS have sent you > https://www.survivalservers.com/clientar ... ion=emails Look for an email titled " Welcome to Survival Servers.
